	The Gold Membership comes at the cost of £1000 per annum, It offers the above benefits but with a sourcing fee of 2% of the purchase price of the property. This level of membership is highly beneficial to clients looking to purchase 2 or more investment properties annually.
	The Platinum Membership comes at the cost of £2000 per annum, It offers the above benefits but with a sourcing fee of 1.8% of the purchase price of the property and gives the client a dedicated portfolio manager. This level of membership is more suited to clients who are seasoned investors, looking to build a portfolio of properties.
